Jordan Moss


Jordan Moss is CEO and Founder at Catalyst Housing Group. In role, he obsesses daily over the firm’s vision, strategy, impact, innovation, and capital formation. He is a board member to the California Housing Consortium and serves on the selection committee for The Housing Venture Lab at the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at UC Berkeley. Prior to becoming a board member for RCC in 2024, he has spent the past two decades actively engaged in the investment, acquisition, development, financing, and management of more than $4 billion of institutional multifamily transactions. Jordan holds a BS in economics from UC Davis where he was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team.

George Currall


George Currall is CEO at The NRP Group. In his role, he manages the activities of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Tax and Accounting for The NRP Group. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Governing Board of The NRP Group. In Capital Markets, he leads the strategy and execution for a pipeline of ~15-20 closings per year. In Asset Management he oversees a team responsible for more than 28k stabilized multifamily units and ~2k-4k units of affordable and luxury property dispositions annually. Prior to becoming a board member for RCC in 2024, George spent 11 years in multifamily mortgage banking with MMA Financial, Lend Lease Mortgage Capital, Red Mortgage Capital and Banc One Capital Corp. George holds a BS in Economics from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Harry Alcock


Harry Alcock is CIO at UDR. In his role, he oversees the Company’s portfolio strategy and investment functions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management. Prior to becoming a board member for RCC in 2024, Harry was Executive VP and CIO at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) for over 11 years and with the company for over 16 years. Prior to the formation of AIMCO, from 1992 to 1994, Harry was with Heron Financial and PDI, predecessor companies to AIMCO. From 1988 to 1992 he worked for Larwin Company, a national homebuilder. Mr. Alcock began his career with Ford Aerospace in 1987. Harry holds a BS in Finance from San Jose State University.

Kory Geans


Kory Geans is CIO at Middleburg. In his role, he overseas all investment activity from formulation of each strategy through execution and asset management. Kory is an active participant in ULI, NMHC, NAIOP, and DCBIA. Prior to becoming a board member for RCC in 2024, Kory was Assistant Development Manager at Grosvenor Group, where the company managed a development pipeline in excess of $2 Billion throughout markets in Canada and the United States. Prior to Grosvenor Group, Kory was an Investment Associate at Parmenter Realty Partners. Kory began his real estate career as an Analyst at Penzance. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Kory served in the United States Marine Corps in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Kory holds a BS in Economics and Internation Business from The Johns Hopkins University where he graduated with honors and continues to participate in the Alumni Mentorship Program.
